The D'backs won their first game in five chances earlier today, with 99% of that credit going to Brandon Webb (pictured above throwing a ball so hard he emptied his bowels). Not only did he pitch 6 solid innings, but crushed a 2-run double in 4th to give the D'backs a 6-0 lead. This is Webb's 17th win already and it seems every time he goes to the mound he not only pitches well, but the team seems to hit for him. I'm sure Dan Haren would have liked some of that run support yesterday, or for some decent relief pitching to come in after him (I'm looking at you Juan Cruz, you son of a bitch).
