The Diamondbacks finished their series against Colorado with a 13-4 win, pulling them within 2 1/2 games of the Dodgers, who lost 1-0 to the Giants in 11 innings. The D'backs refuse to give up on the season, and have won 6 of 7 and now enter a crucial series with St. Louis on Monday. A 6 run first was all the D'backs and Dan Haren (pictured above after a 3 hit game, and a night out with Joey Tribiani) needed to secure a win. The Diamondbacks look exactly like the Dodgers did two weeks ago when they were nearly unstoppable and annihilated the D'backs. It still may be too little too late but it's damn fun to watch (unless they keep scheduling games during the Cardinals games, in which case I take a pass on the Snakes).
