Arizona State lost to number 3 Georgia 27-10 on Saturday night in front a packed crowd in Tempe, AZ. Georgia, as top teams do, methodically wore down the Sun Devils and put them away with their efficient offense and smothering defense. Running Back Knowshon Moreno (pictured above) had 149 yards and 2 touchdowns and demoralized ASU with several long runs. The Devils looked like they had some life in them after scoring on the first possession of the second half, but added no points after that. It was just a game where ASU was outmatched and couldn't do anything to prevent Georgia from having their way with them. Next up is California for the Devils in two weeks. The season could really hinge on this game, with matchups at USC and home against Oregon looming soon after. If the Devils lose to Cal it may be curtains for this season.
