I know I could have used a disgusting title for this story, (what with the teams being the Beavers and Trojans) but I refuse! The Oregon State Beavers somehow beat #1 USC on Thursday night, by the score of 27-20. Nobody has yet to figure out how this happened (even Mel Kiper, with all that knowledge he stores in his hair). The Beavers picked off Mark Sanches with 3:57 left in the fourth and just about sealed the victory a play later when they pounded in a touchdown. USC will now have to hope several other teams lose to give them a shot at the national championship game. Thankfully the Pac-10 is awful and now they the Trojans are angry they'll probably pound everyone else on their schedule (I'm already predicting a 44-10 pounding of ASU).
