Dunn era starts well

Last night was the first game in which newly acquired outfielder Adam Dunn (pictured above being interviewed by Bob Barker apparently) played for the Diamondbacks and he didn't do that bad. He went 1 for 3 with two walks, two strikeouts and a double. This will probably be the norm for Dunn and that's not a bad thing; as long as he is getting base consistently and taking pressure off the other D'backs, that's all you can ask from him. He has no problem being the focal point of the batting order, and now Jackson and Reynolds and Young can just concentrate on knocking that big Texan in when they are up to bat. Although I do predict at some point in this next week Dunn will be wearing that Golden Sombrero, just a thought.
